Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a day at your school.(5,6,7 hours)?

What time will my Mod 2 test be on the last day assuming I don't fail my Mod 1?

What percentage of the "day" is ridding/theory/lunch breaks?

What happens if I fail the mod 1 test, will I continue with the rest of the course or be sent away?

How much will you charge me if I fail mod 1 and or mod 2 for retests and further instruction?

Does the cost include petrol and use of kit?

Will I be charged if I come off and damage a school bike?

If having started the "course" I am riding to a test standard within the first day will I be able to get a refund on the training I paid for and did not need?

If I am not happy with the instructor or any other aspect will I be able to get a refund on the unused portion of the "course"and go elsewhere?

Mod 1&2 tests are conducted by the Driving Standards Agency (same as your car test). All schools including ourselves buy the tests in advance and sell them on (some charging a lot more than others for this)...Therefore the school cannot guarantee a pass as they are done by a government examiner.
